Open the app, film about 60 seconds of the damage (or take a photo), and narrate what you see as you go — your voice makes the estimate noticeably better. In about a minute you'll get a repair estimate, priced line by line and calibrated to contractor rates in your ZIP code. Estimates are free.
No. You can use Grainwork without signing in. Signing in with Apple or Google saves your estimates across devices and keeps your home's history together.
If a contractor has given you a written quote, Grainwork can review it and tell you whether the price looks fair, high, or is missing line items you'd want to ask about — an independent second opinion that isn't trying to sell you anything. We don't sell leads and we don't refer you to contractors.
Quote audits are a paid feature, bought through the App Store. You can buy a single audit or a multi-pack of audit credits. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; your card details are never shared with us.
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Your credits are tied to your App Store account.
