Kept in the inspector's order with its report page and a short source quote.

02Local planning range

A cost range only where the report provides enough detail. Hidden conditions and specialist work will be identified as limits.

03Private buyer link

A link that expires and can be revoked, with a printable addendum to keep beside the original report.
