How do I delete my account? You can permanently delete your account and all historical data by navigating to the bottom of the "History" tab in the app and tapping "Delete Account & Data."
Why did my upload fail? Ensure you have a stable cellular or Wi-Fi connection before uploading a site video. If an error occurs, your credits will not be consumed.

1. Introduction

Grainwork ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share data when you use the Grainwork mobile application.

2. Data We Collect

Media: We request access to your device's camera and photo library to capture videos and images of repair sites.
Location Data: We collect Zip Codes manually entered by the user to calculate accurate local labor rates. We do not track GPS location.
Account Data: We use anonymous authentication or standard email authentication to track your estimate history and credit balance.

3. How We Use Your Data (AI Processing)

To generate repair estimates, the videos and images you upload are transmitted securely to Google Gemini, a third-party Artificial Intelligence service. Google processes this media strictly to identify damage and generate the Scope of Work.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Cloud / Firebase: For secure data storage, historical estimate logging, and user authentication.
Google Gemini: For AI-driven video and image analysis.
RevenueCat & Apple: For processing in-app purchases and managing credit balances.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your generated estimates, PDFs, and uploaded media are stored securely so you can access your "History" tab. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app via the "Delete Account & Data" button.
